Business Re-Architecting

Ascentys has been commissioned by several clients to assist them in improving their business processes by utilising technology and then assisting in procuring new technology platforms. Our approach is to 1st understand the strategic and operational requirements as well as the existing technology. We then follow this with a design exercise (business and technology of how the future operating model will look like. Once this is done various technologies are evaluated against the requirements and the strongest contender selected.

We have completed 21 projects in this field for multiple clients across a range of various industries. These projects have covered a wide range of systems including amongst others CRM, ERP, Workflow, Call Centre Technologies, Accounting and Infrastructure.
